We hope that you will join us in February for our 2026 conference and annual association business meeting. Hosting seed company associate meetings as well as the annual business meetings of KSIA and KCIA, this one and a half day networking event can be a great opportunity to see friends and colleagues, but only if you are there.

Registration
Register online or return a printed registration form by mail or email to attend the 2026 Seed and Crops Conference. On-site registration is allowed, so stop in! No registration is required if only attending the panel session on Tuesday afternoon.

We are looking for sponsors for our conference. There are five sponsorship levels available, starting at only $100. This is an advertising opportunity you don't want to miss. Accommodations
We have reserved a limited number of rooms at a conference discounted rate with the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan, KS. The deadline to reserve one of these rooms is January 18, 2026. Parking - UPDATED 1/23/26
While there is a limited amount of free surface parking, Manhattan has implemented parking fees for the Downtown Parking Garage located adjacent to the Manhattan Conference Center at the Hilton Garden Inn. Regular parking rates are free for the first 2 hours, then $2 per hour, up to $10 daily.
Vehicles must be registered either when you check in for your Hilton hotel stay (and park on the 2nd or 3rd level), by phone app, or at the kiosk when you park. For more information, visit the Manhattan Parking Services website.)
