2026 Kansas Seed and Crops Conference

Hosting seed company associate meetings as well as the annual business meetings of KSIA and KCIA, this one and a half day networking event can be a great opportunity to see friends and colleagues, but only if you are there.

Registration
Register online or return a printed registration form by mail or email to attend the 2026 Seed and Crops Conference. On-site registration is allowed, so stop in!
Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities
We are looking for sponsors for our conference. There are five sponsorship levels available, starting at only $100. This is an advertising opportunity you don't want to miss. Accommodations
We have reserved a limited number of rooms at a conference discounted rate with the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan, KS. The deadline to reserve one of these rooms is January 18, 2026. You can make a reservation by calling the hotel 785-532-9116 or using this linked website. Be sure to mention 2026 Seed and Crops Conference if you make your reservation by phone to get the conference discount.
Parking - UPDATED 2/14/25
There is no fee for parking in the adjacent parking garage through February. Please disregard any signage regarding paying, including the ParkMobile app or pay stations. The hotel has informed us that if you do pay, there is no way to reimburse those charges.
(Original Info: While there is a limited amount of free surface parking, effective August 1st, 2024, Manhattan has implemented parking fees for the Downtown Parking Garage located adjacent to the Manhattan Conference Center at the Hilton Garden Inn. Vehicles must be registered either by phone app or at the kiosk when you park. We will be sending out info for a discounted daily rate of $5 per vehicle to registered attendees closer to the conference date.
